Camp Staff

Camp Tapawingo is a wonderful place to spend your summer working outside by the lake with a group of fun, out-going young people. Not only is it a great opportunity to make new friends, you can also make a difference in the lives of the young campers.

We would like to share that at YWCA Toronto’s Camp Tapawingo we believe in our staff unplugging from screens in order to give themselves a chance to experience the beauty of the natural world, build social relationships and to be able to focus on their campers.

Current Staff Opportunities:

The 2026 job posting will be available mid-December. We are accepting applications for all positions at camp starting in December. Interviews are set up as applicants apply and are done virtually.
