Description:
This in-person session helps participants take a break from mental stress and focus on self-care. It includes setting intentions, calming exercises and sharing gratitude in a supportive space. Participants will reduce stress, connect with their bodies and enjoy a sense of relaxation.
Pallak, a trained breathwork and movement coach, will use breath, sound and movement to help participants calm their nervous systems, replace self-criticism with self-kindness and reconnect with their inner strength and healing abilities.
Scent Sensitivity Notice: This workshop will include the use of essential oils.
